This rule is used to validate:

• Grants Program Codes

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Resident Board

When an enrolment record contains any of the following Grants Program Codes, then the enrolment record must contain a value for the Resident Board.

• Online Program (620).
• Print-based Distance Education Program (621).
• Online Program - non-primary student (622).
• Print-Based Distance Education Program - non-primary student (623)

This rule does not apply to ADLC (S.0099), CFED (S.1363) or any school under the Francophone Boards:

• The Greater North Central Francophone Education Region (A.8040)
• The East Central Francophone Education Region (A.8060)
• The Northwest Francophone Education Region (A.8050)
• The Southern Francophone Education Region (A.0284)

This rule does not apply to Student enrolments with Enrolment Type Codes 414, 415, 416, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, 511, 512, 521, 522, or 523

• This rule is in effect from the 2020/2021 school year.
