To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

When an enrolment record contains any of the following Grants Program Codes, then the enrolment record must contain a value for the Resident Board.

This rule does not apply to ADLC (S.0099), CFED (S.1363) or any school under the Francophone Boards:

  • The Greater North Central Francophone Education Region (A.8040)
  • The East Central Francophone Education Region (A.8060)
  • The Northwest Francophone Education Region (A.8050)
  • The Southern Francophone Education Region (A.0284)

This rule does not apply to Student enrolments with Enrolment Type Codes 414, 415, 416, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, 511, 512, 521, 522, or 523

Effective Period

  • This rule is in effect from the 2020/2021 school year.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Missing Resident Board. The enrolment record must contain a Resident Board value when using Grants Program Code 620, 621, 622 or 623.
