This rule is used to validate the following data in a record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The current Responsible School cannot add a new Responsible School record (with Has Responsible School (Responsible School) = Yes) for the same student if the current Responsible school record’s Has Responsible School (Responsible School) is already Yes.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Responsible School. You are already the responsible school for this student {StateProvinceID}. You cannot claim responsibility if you are already the responsible school.
