This rule will trigger when the user attempts to add a new record that has the same weights and dates as the current record.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Duplicate entry. Cannot add/update Official Diploma Mark Blend Weight because there is an existing record with the same weight and dates.
