Description
The ASN associated to the Evaluated Mark must not be a Secondary ASN. This rule is not applicable if the Evaluated Mark is deleted.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Alberta Student Number. The ASN associated to the Evaluated Mark is considered a Secondary ASN. This Evaluated Mark should either be deleted or moved to the student's Primary ASN.
