This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluated Mark Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluated Mark Organization
• Organization Status Effective Date
• Organization Status Is Active
• Evaluation Date
• Evaluated Mark School Year

When the organization associated to the Evaluated Mark record is a school, then the school must be active on the Evaluated Date provided.

• Effective Starting School Year: 1978/1979

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Evaluation Date. According to PASI, the school code provided ({SchoolCode}) is not active on the Evaluation Date ({EvaluationDate}).

Where:

• {SchoolCode} means the organization for the evaluated mark record
• {EvaluationDate} means the evaluation date for the evaluated mark record
