To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Evaluation Methods of Private (PVT), and Waived Prerequisite Course (WPC) are not allowed for the following courses:
- Work Experience: OTH1998, OTH2998, OTH3998
- Special Projects: OTH1999, OTH2999, OTH3999
Last Effective School Year: 2014/2015
Additional Notes
The only Evaluation Method that allows these Course Codes is AAM.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Evaluation Method for Work Experience and Special Projects Courses. When the Course Code is {CourseCode} an Evaluation Method of {EvaluationMethod: CodeShortDescription} is not permitted.
Where:
- {CourseCode} means the course code for the evaluated mark record
- {EvaluationMethod: CodeShortDescription} means the short description of the evaluation method code for the evaluated mark record
