This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluated Mark Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Is RAP
• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Evaluated Mark Evaluation Method
• Evaluated Mark School Year

Registered Apprenticeship Courses cannot be submitted with an Evaluation Method of Waived Prerequisite Course (WPC) or Course Challenge (CHA).
RAP courses are those with Is RAP = True.

• Effective Ending School Year: 2014/2015

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Evaluation Method for Registered Apprenticeship Course. When Course Code is {CourseCode} an Evaluation Method of {EvaluationMethodCodeDescription} cannot be used.

Where:

• {CourseCode} means the course code for the evaluated mark record
• {EvaluationMethodCodeDescription} means the short description of the evaluation method code for the evaluated mark
