This rule is used to validate the following :
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Locally Developed (Developed By = 'L') courses that are not Language courses, cannot be submitted with Evaluation Method of 'CHA.'
To determine if a course is a language course, the Subject Code must be OLA or OLC.
- Effective Starting School Year: 2012/2013
- Effective Ending School Year: 2014/2015

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Evaluation Method for Locally Developed Course. When Course Code is {CourseCode} an Evaluation Method of {EvaluationMethodCodeDescription} cannot be used.
Where:
- {CourseCode} means the course code for the evaluated mark record
- {EvaluationMethodCodeDescription} means the short description from the evaluation method code for the evaluated mark record
