* Effective Starting School Year: 2008/2009
* Effective End School Year: 2016/2017

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid evaluated mark for course code. When the evaluation method is {EvaluationMethodDescription} the course code cannot be {CourseCode}.
