This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluated Mark Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Evaluated Mark Evaluation Method
• External Credential (Student External Credential)
• External Credential Pathway
• Is Evaluation Method Eligible
• Course (Pathway Requirement Course Mapping)

The student has an Evaluated Mark with an Evaluation Method = EXCRED. The External Credential on the student's record does not match an active pathway related to the Evaluated Mark.

An exception to this criteria will be made when the course submitted is ‘EXT2000’ and the student has the ‘Canadian Forces Certificate of Military Achievement’. This change will cause this rule to consider the ‘EXT2000’ as being part of the ‘Canadian Forces Certificate of Military Achievement’ pathway without the actual logical mapping.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Evaluated Mark for External Credential. The External Credential on the student's record does not match an active pathway related to the Evaluated Mark.
