This rule is used to validate:

• Evaluated Mark Reference ID

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Is Territory Course Code
• School Authority Classification Type

Evaluated Mark is not accepted for Territory Courses. This rule is not applicable when the Evaluated Mark record is getting deleted.
Refer to Territory Authority for how to determine if an Authority is considered a “Territory Authority”.
Refer to Territory Course Code to determine how to identify Territory Course Codes.

This rule applies to all school years.

• This rule is equivalent to Rule 40369 - Invalid Territory Course for Evaluated Mark; this rule is in place to create warnings that are created through SCM upload, which does not use the Submit Section service.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Territory Course for Evaluated Mark. An Evaluated Mark cannot be submitted for {Course Code} because it is a Territory Course.

Where:

• {Course Code} refers to the course specified on the update to the evaluated mark record.
