To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Mark format should be 'Percent' for evaluation method of music for '30' Level courses. Once updated to percentage the student will see a percentage mark value for the Private Music Study Evaluation on her/her transcript.
Note: This rule is only effective for the 2013/2014, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 school years and for course codes FNA3420, FNA3424, and FNA3425.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid mark format for evaluation method. The mark format should be 'Percentage' for evaluation method of Music (MUS).
