This rule is used to validate the following data in a Exam Component record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An Exam Sitting cannot be created for an Exam Component that has a historical Scheduled on Date. A client with the Ministry Client User Role can create or modify an Exam Sitting linked to an expired Exam Component.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is effective starting the 2013/2014 school year.
Additional Notes
A client with the MinistryClientUserRole is exempt from this rule and can create or modify an Exam Sitting linked to an expired Exam Component.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
The Exam Component has expired.
An Exam Sitting cannot be created or modified for a Exam Component with a (Scheduled Date {ScheduledUTCTime}) that is in the past.
