To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The PASI client does not have permission (Ministry Client User) to submit or update a Component Mark Format.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized user.
You are not authorized to submit an Component Mark Format value.
