Description
The PASI client does not have permission (Ministry Client User) to submit or update a Mark Value.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Only validated on the 201507 Endpoint.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized user.
You are not authorized to submit a Maximum Mark Value.
