PASI Cannot process the PAT Result REF ID as the PAT REF ID submitted does not exist in PASI.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Reference ID. PASI cannot process the PAT result record submitted ({PAT result Ref ID}) as the PAT ({Pat Ref ID}) does not exist in PASI.
Where:
- {PAT result Ref ID} is the pat result ref ID submitted to PASI
- {PAT Ref ID} is the Provincial Achievement Test ref ID submitted to PASI
