To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If the user is not associated to a writing centre they are not authorized to create exam sittings for that writing centre.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unauthorized User. You are not authorized to create an Exam Sitting for Exam Component {Exam Component. Component Name} at the Writing Centre { Writing Centre Code}.
