To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Requests for and delivery of transcripts is limited to permitted ASNs in PASI. Your request is for a student not on the Test ASN List and can not be completed.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Transcript Cancelled. The request for the transcript has been cancelled since the transcript is for a student that is not on the list of allowable ASNs in this environment.
