To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
This rule enforces that an ordered document can only be retrieved by the Requestor who made the document request, or by a Requestor who is a PASI user.
The PASI Client ID making the request must match the PASI Client ID that created the Document Order (Document Order: PASI Client ID) for the requested Document Order Item, or the PASI Client ID making the request must be a PASI Client with a PASI Client Type of PASI.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Requester. The Requestor, {PASI Client ID: System Name}, may not retrieve the requested document. Only Requestors that made the document request can retrieve the document.
Where:
- {PASI Client ID: System Name} means the System Name provided in the service request.
