The document requested is unable to be delivered to the Requestor. PASI is unable to create the document for delivery at this time.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
The Document Order Item PDF and XML exist, but PASI was unable to create the final document for delivery.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Processing Error. PASI is unable to deliver the requested document.
