Submit Transcript Request
This service was used to support transcript requests that were made by external parties. The Client would call the Submit Transcript Request service to make a single transcript request.
- This service has been retired from the 2019 endpoint entirely.
- On previous endpoints this service will reject calls to the service and return a 'Not Implemented Exception' whenever this service is called.
