The Edit Digital Official Document Consumer screen (based on the PASIprep Edit Item Template) will allow a PASIprep user to edit a specific Digital Official Document Consumer record.

PASIprep users must meet the Digital Official Document Consumer data access rules to update the record and have the PASIprep Level 54 Permission - Manage Digital Official Document Consumers in order to access this page.

When selected, this action will close the Edit Digital Official Document Consumer page and launch either the View Digital Official Document Consumer or the List Digital Official Document Consumers screen (depending on where the user came from) without updating the record.

When selected, this action will call the Submit Official Document Consumer (Internal) internal service to update the Digital Official Document Consumer record:

• Remove any leading, trailing, or repeating spaces from the following fields:
  • Digital Official Document Consumer Name
  • Digital Official Document Consumer City Name
  • Digital Official Document Consumer Region
  • Digital Official Document Consumer Country
  • Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Name

If the validation is not successful, the resulting validation errors will be presented on the Edit Digital Official Document Consumer screen.

If the validation is successful, the Digital Official Document Consumer record will be updated based on the information entered by the user. The user will be returned to either the View Digital Official Document Consumer or the List Digital Official Document Consumers screen (depending on where the user came from).

• Digital Official Document Consumer Country

• Digital Official Document Consumer Contact Email Address
• Document Type Preference

The Digital Official Document Consumer Reference ID is also displayed as a read-only field.
