Rule 62009 - Repeated Diploma Exam Registration for Component

Rule Name Repeated Diploma Exam Registration for Component
Rule Type Rejection

Validated Data

Description

An ASN cannot have more than one undeleted exam mark record (with a status of “Registered”) for sittings that have the same course code, school year and exam period when it is submitted using myPass (used by Public connected users and ministry users) or when the caller's organization is O.1 (ministry).

This rule is not enforced when the registration/Exam Mark record is being deleted or modified, as the rule only enforces that repeated registration cannot be created.

This rule is only enforced when an Exam Component's Time is in the future.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Additional Notes

This rule is similar to Rule 40554 - Repeated Exam Mark but it provides a more user friendly message to myPass users.
