Data Access Rules
The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit Student Name records.
Access to a Record
In order to access a record, the:
- Organization must have Access to the Student.
When accessible, the following rules are applied to specific data elements on the record:
| Student Name Audit History | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Ministry, By Student Creation, By Current School Enrolment or By Last School Enrolment. |
| Student Identity Document Audit History | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Ministry, By Student Creation, By Current School Enrolment or By Last School Enrolment. |
Adding a new Record
In order to add a new record, the Organization must meet the Student Data Access Rules (Moved) to access the student AND one of the following criteria:
- Organization is associated to the student By Exam Registration, By Last School Enrolment or better1).
OR
- Organization is the organization that set the Student Requested HSED credential requirement to Achieved for the student
Updating/Deleting a Record
In order to update an existing record, the Organization must meet the Student Data Access Rules (Moved) to access the student AND one of the following criteria:
- Organization is associated to the student By Exam Registration, By Last School Enrolment or better2).
OR
- Organization is the organization that set the Student Requested HSED credential requirement
