Create Credential Lists for Schools

After Credentials have been awarded at the end of each school year, schools use the PASIprep List Student Credential Progress screen to produce a list of all students who have attended their school for a particular enrolment school year to determine their credential progress.

Primary Scenario #1 – Get Credential List/Count

This scenario begins where a school would like to understand how many of their students received credentials for the current school year.

  1. School completes a search for their student's credential progress for a particular school year using the List Student Credential Progress page.
    1. Here is a list of the results a school will typically look for (typically for Grade 12 students) using PASIprep:
      1. All students for the current or prior school year where the student has achieved and/or been awarded with a credential.
      2. All students for an enrolment school year (e.g., current) where student has neither achieved nor been awarded with a credential, but is working towards a credential.
      3. All students who were enrolled in the school last year, but aren't this year, where student has neither achieved nor been awarded with a credential, but is working towards a credential.
      4. All students and their best credential status, where the student is enrolled in this school for the enrolled school year specified.
  2. School receives results from search on the Manage Credentials search grid using the List Student Credential Progress page.
  3. School exports the results of the search and saves this for their records using the List Student Credential Progress page.

This scenario ends with the school receiving their required list of students and their credentials for a particular enrolment school year.

Alternate Scenario #1 - No Export Required

This continues from step 2 of the Primary Scenario where a school has completed their searches and does not need to export the results.

This scenario ends with the school receiving their required list of students and their credentials for a particular enrolment school year.
