A Writing Centre (and its parent Authority) 'owns' (i.e. have at minimum View access) to a Diploma Exam Mark record when:

• There exist at least one non-deleted Diploma Exam Mark Component on the Diploma Exam Mark record that is linked to an Exam Sitting of the Writing Centre.

Note that Ministry (O.1) will also be considered as a owner of any diploma exam mark record.

• Release 9.21 - Updated per Feature 13403 to remove restrictions on Limited Access Authorities. They no longer are required to have both parts of the exam and will function the same as a non-restricted Authority.
