This attribute includes a reference to a Education Account record.

Education Account ID of the user who created the Diploma Exam Registration Request.

Note that while this is treated as the creator of the request, the field actually stores the Education Account who last updated the request. In general this is treated as the user who created the Request, as a Request can only be brought to an “Registered” status by the creator, and it is rare for a Request to be updated after it reaches a “Registered” state.
