The School Act states that the Executive Director of learner assessment may declare an evaluation invalid 8(2) and record a decision on the student's transcript 8(2)(d).

When an invalid evaluation transcript message is applied to a student’s record the following will occur:
This data must be updated using a database script. The following scenarios outline how to update the data.

1 | Annotation added to student for the first time. | Add annotation populating all fields except the Expiry Field. |
2 | Message in annotation was incorrect. |
On the annotation with the incorrect Message: - Set the Expiry Date = Effective Date - Update Last Updated On and Last Updated By Add new “correct” annotation populating all fields except the Expiry Field. |
3 | Annotation should not have been added. |
For the incorrect annotation: - Set the Expiry Date = Effective Date |
