Invalid Evaluation Transcript Message
Business Definition
The School Act states that the Executive Director of learner assessment may declare an evaluation invalid 8(2) and record a decision on the student's transcript 8(2)(d).

When an invalid evaluation transcript message is applied to a student’s record the following will occur:
- Transcripts with a non electronic Document Delivery Method will continue to be processed as expected.
- Transcripts with an electronic delivery method, i.e. ApplyAlberta (Document Delivery Method), RequestorRetrieval (Document Delivery Method), and Electronic (Document Delivery Method), will not be able to be requested or retrieved.

Management of Data
This data must be updated using a database script. The following scenarios outline how to update the data.
- Once a record has been added the only update that can be made to the record are the Effective Date and/or Expiry Date.
- The Last Updated On and Last Updated By must be updated if the Effective Date and/or Expiry Date are updated.

On the annotation with the incorrect Message: - Set the Expiry Date = Effective Date - Update Last Updated On and Last Updated By Add new “correct” annotation populating all fields except the Expiry Field. |
