The Is KAE attribute can be used to determine if a given Course is considered a Knowledge and Employeability (KAE) course.

A course is considered a KAE course when:
- The course is considered provincially developed (Developed By = P), AND
- The Last School Year (Course) of the course is 2008/2009 or later, AND
- Either:
- The Discipline Code ends in 'KAE', OR
- The Course Name contains one of the following strings:
- -4
- K&E
- KAE
