This is one of the steps the Ministry Client performs during the School Calendar Year Synchronization with SADS process.

All Operating Schedule records in PASI are loaded into the Ministry Client. As the storage of information within the Ministry Client takes on the same structures as the structures offered by the PASI Core, when information is loaded into the PASI Core, it is loaded without any transformations.
