The Ministry Client is the system component of the PASI solution that is responsible for synchronizing the information in the PASI Core with the SHR (Stakeholder Registry) and the SADS (School Authority Database System). The Ministry Client uses the following processes to synchronize data:

• Student Synchronization with SHR
• School Authority Synchronization with SADS
• School Synchronization with SADS
• School Calendar Year Synchronization with SADS
• SADS Synchronization Error Codes

To be able to perform the tasks above, the Ministry Client has been assigned the following PASI Client System Role:
