This is one of the steps the Ministry Client performs during the School Synchronization with SADS process.

All School records in PASI are loaded into the Ministry Client. As the storage of information within the Ministry Client takes on the same structures as the structures offered by the PASI Core, when information is loaded into the PASI Core, it is loaded without any transformations.
