PED (Provincial Education Directory) is one of the PASI Integration Points. PED provides the following functionality that is used by the PASI system:

• Identity Access and Management such as the Education Account login, the delegated administration site, the AE Enterprise Component, and associated technologies.
• Message Center Overview infrastructure used to deliver messages via myPass.

PED is also integrated as a PASI Client consuming information from PASI.
