Description
A School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value cannot be submitted until the 2018/19 school year.
Effective ending school year: 2017/18.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unexpected School-Authority Provided Program Percentage. A School-Authority Provided Program Percentage value can only be provided in PASI starting in the 2018/19 school year. Please enter this value in the Funding Event System (FES).
