This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
A Grants Program Code can only be submitted when the Grants Program Code is active for the School Year of the School Enrolment.
Note: This rule is not applicable when the enrollment record is deleted.
This validation rule is in effect starting the 2016/2017 School Year.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Grants Program Code ({Grant Program Code}) is not valid for the {School Year} School Year.
Where:
- {Grants Program Code} is the Program Code submitted in the request that is invalid for the School Year.
- {School Year} is the School Year contained in the Student School Enrolment record formatted as yyyy/yyyy.
