To perform this validation, the following information is used:

The Site Number must be unique and not associated to another GED Writing Centre.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Site Number. The Site Number must be unique, Site Number {site number} is associated to another GED Writing Centre.
