This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

When the student's Date of Death is known, the enrolment record should have an Exit Date prior to (or the same as) the student's Date of Death.

This rule is not applicable if enrolment record is deleted.

Effective Period

  • This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Invalid Registration Exit Date. When the student is deceased, the enrolment cannot have a Registration Exit Date after the student's Date of Death ({DateOfDeath}).
