This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

The Student School enrolment cannot be updated or deleted because the Student has an External Credential that will no longer be awarded when the student has a valid School Enrolment.
The rule should not consider deleted enrolments as valid.
The External Credential must be awarded in a date that falls within the same School Year as valid enrolment.

Effective Period

  • This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Invalid Student School Enrolment. The student must have a non-deleted school enrolment in the School Year that the Student External Credential is awarded.
