To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The enrolment record should contain a value for French Hours of Instruction when the enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of:
Only applies to Student School Enrolment records that are not deleted.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Missing French Hours of Instruction. French Hours of Instruction for Student {StateProvinceID} must be provided when using Grants Programming Code 211, 221, or 230.
Where:
- {StateProvinceID} means the Alberta Student Number for the student associated to the student school enrolment record.
