French Hours of Instruction can only be provided when using one of the following Grants Program Codes:
Only applies to Student School Enrolment records that are not deleted.
Effective Starting School Year = 2012

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid French Hours of Instruction. French Hours of Instruction can only be provided when using one of the following Grants Program Codes: 211, 221, 230.
