This rule will be effective starting with the 2017 End Point going forward.
Description
This rule will prevent the creation of Student School Enrolment records with an invalid School Enrolment Year prior to 1989/1990.
Effective Period
This validation rule is in effect for all School Years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
School Enrolment Years must be greater than or equal to 1990.
