This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Language and Culture Course Grants Program Codes can not be used in combination with Bilingual Program codes for the same language.

Additional Notes
An enrolment record cannot contain a Bilingual Program and Language and Culture Course of the same language. For example, Grant Program Code 409 - Spanish Bilingual Program GPC cannot be submitted with 452 - Spanish Language and Culture Course GPC on the same Student School Enrolment.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Grants Program Code combination {Grants Program Codes}. Language and Culture Course program codes cannot be used in combination with Bilingual Program codes for the same language.
Where:
- {Grants Program Code} are a comma delimited list of the invalid Grant Program Code combinations.
- For example: Invalid Grants Program Code combination (401, 414), (415,416)….
