Description
When Has Responsible School is ‘Yes’, one of the following must be provided or the error message is displayed:
- School Code
- Province (Out of Alberta)
- Country (Out of Canada)
If none of this information has not been provided, Has Responsible School? should be no or unknown.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Missing Responsible School Details. To set the Has Responsible School? flag to “Yes”, one of the following must be provided: an (Alberta school code) or an (Out-of-Alberta Province) or an (Out-of-Canada Country).
