This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
Description
If the student has a School Enrolment with an Enrolment Type Code of Student from outside Canada (414), then:
- The student must have a valid Canadian Study Permit document type (CANStdyPmt) uploaded to the student record.
- The Canadian Study Permit document must be valid for the duration of the school enrolment
This rule is not applicable when the record is deleted.
If the enrolment start date is in the future, also set the Next Scan Date to be equal to the enrolment start date.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is effective starting the 2020/2021 school year.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Require Canadian Study Permit when using Enrolment Type Code 414. When Enrolment Type Code of 414 is used a valid Canadian Study Permit document must be uploaded to the student record.
