This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Address record:

• Expiry Date Override (Student Address)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Expiry Date Override (Student Address)
• Expiry Date (Student Address)
• Effective date of the next mailing address record for the same Address Type

• This rules passes if there is no subsequent address record (this is the Last Student address record of that particular Address Type), otherwise
  
• The Address Expiry Override must be less than or equal to the Calculated Expiry Date (I.e. Effective date - 1 day of the next address record) for the same Address Type records..

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where

• {DATE} is the effective date - 1 day of the next address record
• {Ref#} is the reference ID for the address record.

• Release 7.10 (F9362) - Updated to change rule from Less Than Calculated Expiry Date to Less Than or Equal To Calculated Expiry Date
