To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Ensure following validation is enforced on Create, Update and Deletion of a Student Address record:
- If a student doesn’t have a non-deleted Student Address with Address Type equal to Mailing (Address Type), then the student cannot have a non-deleted Student Address with Address Type equal to Physical (Address Type). There is never a time period where a non-deleted physical address exists without a non-deleted mailing address effective for that same period.

Mailing address is required. Student must have a valid mailing address that covers the effective period of the physical address.
