If Has Same Home Phone Number as Student is true, then a parent/guardian Parent/Guardian Home Number cannot be provided.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Parent/Guardian Home Phone Number. When a Parent/Guardian has the same phone number as the student, a home phone number ({homenumber}) cannot be provided.
