To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When Address Format is equal to RuralAlbertaAddress (Address Format) OR is equal to ATS (Address Format) then:
- Province must be equal to Alberta
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for the 2019 End Point and onwards.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Address Format. The Address Format provided ({AddressFormat}) is not a valid address format for the selected Province({Province}).
