Description
The Identification Document Issue date (if provided) of a student's identification must be reasonable. It may not be in the future.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unreasonable Identification Document Issue date. The Issue date, ({IssueDate}), may not be in the future. (Legal Name Reference #{RefID})
Where:
- {IssueDate} is the Student Identity Source Document Issued Date of the record.
- {RefID} is the Reference ID (Student Identity) of the record.
