This rule is used to validate:

• Student Phone Number

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Effective Date (Student Phone Number)

The effective date of a student's phone number must be reasonable. Phone Number Effective date may not be more than 1 year in the future.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {EffectiveDate} is the Effective Date (Student Phone Number) for the record.
• {RefId} is the Reference ID (Student Phone Number) of the record.

This rule applies to:

• Release 5.5 – Updated Messaged and added RefID
• Release 2.12 – Added/Updated
